These refund rules are created with the protection of both the buyer and seller in mind and apply to both buyer and seller.
Please note that unlike physical goods, digital goods can't be returned. Because of this there are different rules for refunding digital goods.

after your purchase. You can only request a refund once, so please make

After a buyer has applied for a refund request, the seller has 3 days to respond to us via email to submit any relevant information related to the refund request. If the seller fails to respond within this time period, the dispute will automatically be decided in favor of the buyer.
