These refund rules are created with the protection of both the buyer and seller in mind and apply to both buyer and seller. 

Please note that unlike physical goods, digital goods can't be returned. Because of this there are different rules for refunding digital goods. 

More detailed information about the refund process can be found here. Please take into account that a refund can only be given within 30 days after your purchase. You can only request a refund once, so please make sure you submit any required information. Please first always contact the seller before requesting a refund. 

Envacode nor the seller will not accept the refund for the following reasons:

  • You have not provided enough information to determine why you have the right to a refund.
  • You do not have the knowledge to use the item.
  • The purchased item is not working because of misconfiguration or a not supported setup in the buyers environment.
  • You can't access the item anymore because the item is no longer available on our platform.
  • The item does not meet your expectation or you don't want it anymore.
  • The refund is requested more then 10 days after purchase.
  • You want the author to solve a issue relating to your domain/hosting 

After a buyer has applied for a refund request, the seller has 3 days to respond to us via email to submit any relevant information related to the refund requestIf the seller fails to respond within this time period, the dispute will automatically be decided in favor of the buyer.
